At ToothPic.ai, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage, limitations, and procedures for warranty claims on products purchased directly from ToothPic.ai.

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, ToothPic.ai branded products are covered by a 12-month Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

2. What Is Covered

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, ToothPic.ai may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product.

  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable model.

  • Replace defective components.

  • Issue a full or partial refund where repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.

The chosen remedy will depend on product availability, the nature of the defect, and applicable law.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.

  • Accidental damage.

  • Drops, impacts, or crushing.

  • Misuse or abuse.

  • Improper installation or assembly.

  • Improper storage.

  • Exposure to water, chemicals, solvents, or excessive heat.

  • Modification or unauthorised repairs.

  • Use contrary to product instructions.

  • Commercial misuse beyond the product's intended purpose.

4. Third-Party Products

Some products sold through ToothPic.ai are manufactured by third-party brands.

These products may be covered solely by the manufacturer's warranty.

Where applicable, customers should contact the original manufacturer for warranty support.

ToothPic.ai will assist customers in locating the appropriate warranty information whenever reasonably possible.

5. Consumable Items

The following items are generally considered consumable or subject to normal wear and are not covered under this warranty unless they arrive defective:

  • Protective films.

  • Adhesive components.

  • Rubber parts subject to normal wear.

  • Batteries (unless otherwise specified).

  • Packaging materials.

6. Warranty Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team and provide:

  • Full name.

  • Order number.

  • Product name.

  • Date of purchase.

  • Detailed description of the issue.

  • Photographs or videos showing the defect.

  • Any additional information reasonably requested to evaluate the claim.

Failure to provide sufficient information may delay the review process.

7. Inspection

ToothPic.ai reserves the right to inspect the product before approving a warranty claim.

Customers may be required to:

  • Return the product for inspection.

  • Return only the defective component.

  • Provide additional photographs or videos.

Returned products should not be sent without prior authorisation.

8. Shipping Costs

If the warranty claim is approved:

  • ToothPic.ai will generally cover the cost of shipping repaired or replacement products back to the customer.

  • We may also provide a prepaid return shipping label where appropriate.

If the claim is denied because the issue is not covered by this Warranty Policy, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

9. Warranty Limitations

This Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by ToothPic.ai for ToothPic-branded products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • No implied warranties shall extend beyond the stated warranty period.

  • ToothPic.ai is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use a product.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Products Used in Clinical Settings

ToothPic.ai products are intended to assist with dental photography and related workflows.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended professional use and are used in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, infection-control procedures, and manufacturer instructions.

This warranty does not guarantee any particular clinical outcome or performance.

11. Replacement Products

Replacement products supplied under warranty may be:

  • New.

  • Refurbished.

  • Functionally equivalent.

Replacement products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer, unless prohibited by applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ToothPic.ai's maximum liability under this Warranty Policy shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to This Warranty Policy

We reserve the right to update this Warranty Policy at any time.

Any updates will become effective upon publication on the ToothPic.ai website.
