Refund & Cancellation Policy

Registration fees for the Dental Photography Hands-On Course are non-refundable once registration is complete.

Transfer Your Seat

You may transfer your registration to another eligible dental professional by emailing info@toothpic.ai at least 72 hours before the course begins. Include your order number and the replacement attendee’s full name and email address. Transfers are subject to confirmation by the course organizers.

Course Changes or Cancellation by the Organizer

If the course is canceled by the organizer, you may choose a full refund of the course registration fee or transfer your registration to a rescheduled course date.

If the course date or location is changed and you cannot attend the revised event, you may request a full refund of the course registration fee within five business days of receiving notice of the change.

Attendance and CE Credit

No refunds are issued for missed sessions, late arrival, early departure, or failure to attend. CE credit is based on the educational sessions you complete and is recorded according to the attendance and credit-awarding policies of Dental Specialty Training Center, the PACE-approved program provider.

Travel and Accommodation

Travel, lodging, meals, and other expenses are the attendee’s responsibility and are not reimbursed by the course organizer.
